At Alderwood, we always try to communicate fully and openly with all of our parents.  Often, we will telephone you or speak to you before or after school, however there are other ways that we may communicate with you.

• Communication facilities to improve contact between parents and school

• Option to purchase school dinners, school uniform, join clubs or book trips

PARENTS’ EVENING: 

We have formal Parents' Evenings in the Autumn and Spring terms, and an informal Open Evening at the end of the year to recognise and celebrate children’s progress. Parents’ evenings are an opportunity to talk about your child, including how they have settled into class and to discuss their learning. There will also be an opportunity to look through your child's learning.
